The California Beds and Beds Network system is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust, and accordingly maintains the following privacy policy to protect personal information you provide online.

Basic Confidentiality Policy

It is our policy that personal information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number, is private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information.

Personal information will not be released to third parties. There are no circumstances under which we will provide or sell personal information to third parties.

We may disclose to third parties certain aggregate information contained in your registration data or related data, provided that such information will not include personally identifying information, except as specifically authorized by you or in the good faith belief that such action is reasonably necessary to comply with the law or legal process.

California Beds & Beds Network Security Policy

Protecting customer information is the highest priority of California Beds and the Beds Network system, and as such we employ several enterprise-level security measures to protect your data. We strive to protect your information how we ourselves as consumers would like our own information protected.

Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificates

We use industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificates to provide encryption and security to any pages where we are collecting data from our customers. This includes our initial registration pages as well as the My Account area that you access once you are already a member.

Secure Data Storage and Transmission

California Beds and the Beds Network use DES encryption from our site to secure our customer information. Additionally, we do not store customer credit card numbers on our own servers, processing and storing customer billing information with our partner Verisign, an industry-leader in data encryption and secure storage. In transmitting data to Verisign, we employ an enterprise-class perl-based encryption module provided by VeriSign to encrypt data being sent during transmission.

Cancellation After 60 Days

If you choose to cancel your listing with us later than the first 60 days after your initial registration, we will still refund to you the pro-rata amount based on remaining whole months left in your paid subscription.

How to Cancel

If you feel the need to cancel your listing with us, please e-mail us at sales@calbeds.com with your Property Name, Log-in E-mail, and Password information, along with the word 'Cancel' in the subject header of the e-mail.
